Healthquarters is your headquarters for health and fitness. We offer personal training, small group exercise classes for women, walking groups, hiking weekends and nutrition coaching. Our classes are run at the Willoughby Netball Courts, Small St, Willoughby, and the walking groups and Personal Training in Sydney's Lower North Shore.

A Little Bit About Me

Your Fitness Guru

Healthquarters is run by Katherine Rothwell, a registered and insured personal trainer (with Fitness Australia profile here), nutritionist and adventure fitness coach. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Physical Education and Recreation, a Diploma of Nutrition, Certificate IV in Personal Training, Senior First Aid and Wilderness First Aid.

 

As a professional Fitness Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My aim is to get your fitter, stronger and to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Katherine loves outdoor adventures, trail running and trekking . She has completed several trail running and trekking  events including the Ultra Trail Australia 50km event, Sydney Marathon, Coastrek Sydney 50km and 60km events, the Sydney Oxfam Trailwalker 100km event, the Wild Endurance 50km event in the Blue Mountains and in August 2024 will participate in the Run Larapinta 4 stage run event.  

 

Katherine is an ex-dancer and rhythmic gymnast undertaking ballet to advanced level, placing 2nd overall in Australia in the open / Level 10 division and achieving NSW state champion in rhythmic gymnastics for 3 years.
