The Senior Agenda is a new, innovative Australian organisation taking a holistic approach to enabling seniors to achieve a healthy lifestyle and increased well being. We do this by providing instructional and educational products that are designed by seniors, and a team of professionals, specifically for seniors.
To sustain a better quality of life, healthy ageing requires achieving healthier lifestyles built around adequate physical activity, good nutrition and social support.
For those seniors who are not currently enjoying their quality of life, The Senior Agenda products are designed to assist with restoring good health and enabling seniors to be more active and to work towards maintaining their independence.
EXERCISE DVDs FOR HEALTHY AGEING
The Senior Agenda has put together a range of instructional DVDs that cover gentle to moderate to active exercise programs. Most DVDs present the exercises in both sitting and standing positions. The current range of exercise programs on DVD include:

To achieve a more active, healthy and socially satisfying lifestyle requires the right nutritional support. The Senior Agenda provide a series of presentations, booklets and seminars (throughout the year) to assist seniors in ensuring healthy ageing by making the right nutritional choices.
