Healthquarters offers personal training and small group exercises classes aimed at women's fitness, walking groups, hiking weekends and nutritional programs such as nutrition consultations, weight loss, weight management, pregnancy nutrition and postnatal nutrition, family and kids nutrition. Our classes are run at the Willoughby Netball Courts, Small St, Willoughby and the walking groups and Personal Training in Sydney's Lower North Shore.

Healthquarters is run by Katherine Rothwell, a registered and insured personal trainer (with Fitness Australia profile here), nutritionist and adventure fitness coach. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Physical Education and Recreation, a Diploma of Nutrition, Certificate IV in Personal Training, Senior First Aid and Wilderness First Aid.
As a professional Fitness Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My aim is to get your fitter, stronger and to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
Katherine is a keen trekker. She has competed in several treeking events including the Sydney Coastrek 50km and 60km events, the Sydney Oxfam Trailwalker 100km event and the Wild Endurance 50km event in the Blue Mountains.
Katherine is an ex-dancer and rhythmic gymnast undertaking ballet to advanced level and achieving NSW state champion in rhythmic gymnastics for 3 years and placing 2nd overall in Australia in the open / Level 10 division.
