Small Group Training 

If you’re looking for a variety of fun, small group, women's only, outdoor exercise classes, then you've come to the right place. Classes include; 

  • HIIT Resist: High-intensity interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Using body weight exercises.

  • X-Training: X-training is a mixed class incorporating strength and cardio exercises which may include boxing.

  • Strength FIT: A strength fitness class incorporating weights resistance, bodyweight exercises and cardio exercises to get your body burning.

  • Box FIT: A boxing cardio class focusing on technique and incorporating strength and core exercises.

  • Walk FIT: A walking fitness class focusing on walking for fitness. Walking locations vary from week to week. 

 

ZOOM CLASSES

Our zoom classes offer a variety of bodyweight exercises and the use of dumbbells (if available). They will work your whole body, arms, legs, abs and offer a good cardio workout. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Work one-on-one to achieve your fitness goals and have the exercises tailored specifically to your needs.
