The 4x4x4 Challenge is designed to help you become fitter, stronger and healthier in just 28 days!
Starting on Monday, 1st February, 2021 your challenge is to complete 4kms, 4 days a week for the 4 weeks of February. The challenge runs until Sunday, 28th February, 2021.
You'll receive fitness tips, motivation and you'll join with an amazing group of other challengers. All you need to do is to record your 4km routes and upload your data.
The 4x4x4 Challenge will help you to get fit, lose weight and feel great.
